Sunbeam Advanced LED Iron

Bought for mom. It had great reviews. It was just too heavy for my mom to use. She just held it out of the box, but would not have been able to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron is affordable , lightweight and easy to use. It is hard to find an iron with a non-stick base anymore that is lightweight since I use it daily. I work with lots of delicate fabrics everyday and I usually use a pressing cloth, but I have tried a few things without using one with my new iron and it gets the wrinkles out and no melting etc. I absolutely love the headlight! Sometimes it is hard to see the wrinkles on delicate material, but that isn't an issue while using the sunbeam advanced led iron. The clear view reservoir is great! I love the longer swivel cord too! I would highly reccomend!

The instructions explain in detail how to use and maintain this iron. It works great as a steamer also on hanging garments. Only con for me is it is a bit heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving this sunbeam advanced LED iron. It works great and has so many great features. The self clean is awesome. Gets hot super quick. Doesn't stick to the clothes like others I've haved. Like how you can control how steam and it gives you a guide telling you which setting works with certain materials? Really a great iron!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a pretty great iron! I love that it has LED lights on it. Now I can actually see what I am doing when Im ironing. I really love that feature and will never go back to a iron without lighting! It heats up fast, almost as soon as you plug it in. Just choose one of the several setting and by that time your done doing that it's ready to go. Another feature I really like is that it has auto shut off. I like knowing if I accidently leave the iron on, no worries about it burning down the house....hopefully! And lastly, it irons really well. One pass and wrinkles are gone. No having to redo over and over. Just make sure to go by the correct setting. I am very happy with this iron and if I have to iron than this is the one I want to do it with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this iron. It heats up fast, has good steam, and nice weight in your hand. The only thing that I don’t like is where the temperature buttons are located. When I am using the iron if I am not careful with my hand placement then I keep hitting the buttons. It’s not a huge headache, you just have to hold your hand a little further down the handle area than I was used to.

The controls for the heat temperature are on top of the handle and I had no issues with the setting changing inadvertently when I was using it. Power level and iron mode are clearly visible on the display screen under the handle. This is only a display screen, and you cannot change the setting by pressing anything on the mode display screen. The LED light on the front is activated by a button on the back of the iron which took me a little bit to find to activate the lights. The does a nice job and it does not feel extremely heavy which is nice on your wrist as I constantly rotate it in different positions to check how it is ironing. It does have a nice visual appearance and I can say it seems like it is built with quality materials. The water fill hole was large and that made it easy to fill with water. It was impressive to me how much steam this can make as I have never had an iron that could output this amount of steam. You can easily see the water level in the tank as well when the iron is in the upright standing possession. Overall, a nice product and does the job as I would expect it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Sunbeam Advanced LED Iron a few days ago, and i love it!! I do an awful lot of ironing, and this is the perfect iron. You can dry iron for a quick press, or fill the reservoir for a good steam! It has an LED display which makes it super easy to read and adjust settings. It also has a large base, which has better coverage, and quicker ironing. And it also has an automatic shot off feature in case you forget to turn it off!! I love this iron, and I love all Sunbeam products, and this one does not disappoint! I highly recommend this awesomre iron to everyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this iron. It is perfect for any type of fabric. It has a large plate that is made of ceramic and has a lot of holes where steam can make even the hardest cresses completely smoothe. It's not heavy, very light weight. I use it to iron everything and even steam my curtains. Does a great job hands down.

I am very grateful that I was able to receive the iron. At least now, it will be way easier for me to iron. I am having trouble adding pictures because I need to get a new phone.

It heats really fast and the LED readout lets you precisely choose the setting you need for each piece you are ironing. the heat plate is nice and smooth and the water well is easy to fill without getting water everywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a good iron overall. It’s ergonomical, heats up quickly, provides ample steam, and comes with a light. The light is a little gimmicky for me. I don’t see much need for it but maybe you will. As far as performance, I have ironed several articles of clothing without any fuss. The cord was of decent length and the water cap clicked shut nicely. I cannot attest to the longevity of this iron but I have found it to be of decent quality. I give it four stars because it only had four heat settings. I have used irons with more heat settings that I think add value. This is a good iron though for the majority of people and I look forward to continued use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item arrived in its original box. It was not put into a shipping box but it arrived undamaged. This is a nice iron, but it is heavy. Paper instructions are included and they are easy to understand. The iron heats up quickly and also cools down quickly. The power and fabric selection window is easy to see. The lights are bright when lit. The cord is placed high on the handle so as to avoid getting tangled or twisted.

I recommend you read the instructions thoroughly before using as this one step will help you understand all about your new iron and how to optimize its performance. I first used it to iron a very wrinkled tablecloth with “set in” wrinkles all around the hem. I filled my water reservoir, plugged in the iron, dialed the temp to cotton and set my steam to near maximum. It blinks until it reaches the proper temperature. The wrinkles were no match for this iron - it was amazing! My tablecloth looked crisp and wrinkle free with little effort. I am so pleased! It also has a long power cord which Is an added bonus. This iron is for home use but it gives professional results — just what I was looking for! I highly recommend!
