Q: Do you have a choice whether you can make this shut off automatically after two hours or stay on? Sometimes my daughter gets terrible cramps, and she keeps it on very low during the night.

Q: I'll be traveling to India & would like to take a heating pad w/me for a bad back. Can this be used in a dual current environment without a converter (110 and 220)? Do you suggest another one?

i used this for less than a month and the cord thingy broke. the design is nicer than my other style from them. the cover is softer and easily detached for washing, so that’s cool. it would be rad if they could change the storage straps so they double as foot strap/securing thingy to help heat them toesies. if they did that, added usb charger, and made it more durable, they’d have a really amazing product.

I’ve owned this for a little over a year now and use it for a week or so every month. I have luckily had no difficulties and my heating pad is still going strong! The only small issue would be the burning plastic smell that comes up but other than that, this is a lifesaver for when those days come around :)
