What happened Swissgear?? Your quality used to be excellent. Both of these suitcase I purchased began to fall apart after only two trips. And I am not talking about bad baggage handling. Little things like the zipper tabs falling of after one trip, ON BOTH BAGS!! The handle (not the extendable one) is loose and ready to fall off. I doubt I will be buying Swissgear again.

It's not as shown in pictures. The backpack I received did not have clasps at bottom of straps or a pocket so they could not be stored while using a tote. Disappointed as that was the main reason I wanted a backpack that could convert to a tote.
