Q: My thermometer display had been showing Fahrenheit then all of a sudden started displaying the temp in Celsius. Is there any way to switch it back to Fahrenheit?

Q: Can this thermometer be left in a turkey while cooking?
A: Digital thermometers are not meant to be left in food during cooking. The plastic and electronic components could be damaged with excessive heat.

Q: how do I change it from Celsius back to Fahrenheit?

Q: Does this measure cold. I am doing a water freezing science experiment and only need it to measure -3C
A: This thermometer only shows temperature in Fahrenheit. Digital easy-to-ready display with a temperature range of -40 Degrees Fahrenheit to 302 Degrees Fahrenheit. You may want to consider a Taylor refrigerator/freezer thermometer. Thanks!

Q: Does it come with intructions on what temperature the different kinds of meat should be cooked at and if you want it at rare med well done?
A: USDA Cooking Temperatures by Meat Type are included on the back of the packaging for Rare, Med Rare, Medium and Well Done. Enjoy!

Q: Can this thermometer be used as a candy thermometer
A: I would have to say, “no”. I would also not recommend this thearmometer. It’s very cheap. I don’t even have it anymore because it broke. I would recommend a larger fryer/candy thermometer for making candy. You will want one that clios to the side of the pan.
