A: Yes, you have a couple of options. The first is to press the DISPLAY button on the remote. This will turn on all the LEDs on the unit. To view the display again, simply press the DISPLAY button once more. If the unit is turned off while in this mode, the LEDs will automatically turn on when it’s powered back up. The second option is to press the SLEEP button. After about a minute, this will turn off all LEDs on the display—except for the sleep indicator. We have the 10,000 BTU version of this AC in another room, and it works great, so I figured this would be fine. However, it does not cool well at all. Our bedroom is slightly less than 200sqft so it's well within the specifications, but it has been on for hours at the coolest setting, and has only made the slightest difference in temperature. I've tried on all the different settings, but there has been no improvement, and even when in front of it, you can only barely feel a little bit of the cooling coming off of it. The design is also very bad on this model. Even with the slight tilt of the vents, the air only flows straight ahead, not up, meaning you can't feel the airflow if you're holding your hand even slightly higher than the machine. I think this might also be a part of why it isn't cooling well.

It even connects to an app and you can control it from anywhere. Only downside is it is a bit on the louder side but the sound is about equivalent to a box fan.

I’m not sure if this is a newly manufactured batch or something but I purchased two of this exact brand in a month and both started to malfunction. It’s 6/9/25 and I exchanged the malfunctioning one and had to return the brand new one all in the same day. Needless to say I’m HIGHLY disappointed and irritated at this. The one I bought last year is still working so it HAS to be something in the factory. Cheaper parts maybe idk!!

Not too loud, keeps my room nice and cool, eco mode option is awesome, AND it has a remote...like, girl what? The air conditioner just stopped working briefly while running for a few hours a couple days after I purchased it. I did not return it hoping that would not happen again but that was a mistake because about three weeks after purcasing this TCL air conditioner it completely stopped working so it's basically a dead air conditioner. I will return to store.

The unit is loud even on low. Also rhe vents do not move side to side to direct the air in a different direction. The only option is straight out of the top, so one side of the room is cold the other not so much.

I bought this a/c unit for my bedroom and it keeps my bedroom like a freezer at 61 and really comfortable at 69/70 degrees. I love the eco because when it gets to the temperature that you set it at the a/c unit stops until it goes above the temperature and goes back to cooling.

I grabbed this little a/c during a heat wave. The box says it cools 250sq ft, but it cools down 950sq ft without issue! Easy to assemble. Easy to install. Great price through Target. Not too noisy. Love the remote and eco friendly features. Would definitely buy again!

Compared to my old AC this one is slightly less noisy but at a reasonable level. I have two bedroom and it has a strong airflow to go around and cool my whole apartment. I love the eco button to help with the energy Efficiency and overall I’d highly recommend this AC unit for small apartments
