I love to hobby write and this is perfect for it asking me simple questions and answering it on my own personal thoughts. Maybe my kids will want to read it one day.

Such a great gift for older members of our family so they can pass on some of their stories, memories and wisdom.

Love everything about this. Such a sweet thing to give my boys when they’re older so they can learn some things about me when I was in my 30’s. :D

What a beautiful journal. It has so many starter sentences, prompts, and thoughtful messages.

I love this book. I’ve enjoyed writing to the prompts and feel they are really thought provoking and meaningful. Sometimes I tear up, sometimes I laugh. I think this will be a great hand me down to my children.

I love this, especially that it has alternate questions in case a particular question doesn’t apply to you. I have gotten many more to give as gifts to people. The questions are often great conversation starters, and doing this with a family member or significant other would probably be a great way to get to know them.

Overall, this is a neat idea. But I didn’t exactly have a cookie cutter childhood into my 20s so a lot of the questions just don’t apply or the timeline is all wrong. I’m trying to make it work.

Recently got into journaling and it’s very beneficial for mental health. This one is a great price for the amount of writing prompts it gives!

This little book is wonderful. It’s understated in appearance but packed with wonderful prompts. Makes a very thoughtful gift especially for parents and grandparents. It’s nice to give to any influential person you respect or love.

Perfect size, could easily be sent as a gift . Nice red cover makes it feel special and questions inside help trigger old memories. Plenty of writing space. More than just your basic journal. It guides you as you wrote your story but you still have freedom to write in your own words.

Whether you fill it out and give it to your children to remember you by or give it for them to fill out like a journal of their own life...it’s a sentimental trip down memory lane. It is also nice because it gives you ideas to write about. This with a nice set of metallic pens and any teenaged girl would love it.

I got this journal for my grandparents for Christmas. I know its meant to be completed by one person, but I thought it could be a good conversation starter, and help generate some reminiscing. And, selfishly, I'm kinda hoping I get to hear some good stories as a result ;). My Mimi was absolutely thrilled by the idea, and enjoyed flipping through to look at some of the prompts (she especially enjoyed "list the first 10 things you think of from your childhood room"). I highly recommend this product for those who are sentimental and enjoy reminiscing.
