Purpose

Anticavity/Antigingivitis..

Uses

gingivitis, an early form of gum disease, bleeding gums, helps interfere with harmful effects of plaque associated with gingivitis.

Warnings

gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks,you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between the teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease.

Directions

Do not swallow. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.

Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older

Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

Children Under 6 Years of Age

Instruct in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).

Children Under 2 Years of Age

Consult a dentist or doctor.

Other information

Products containing stannous fluoride may produce surface staining of the teeth. Adequate tooth brushing may prevent these stains which are not harmful or permanent and may be removed by a dentist. This TheraBreath product is specially formulated to help prevent staining.

Terrible packaging gets clogged

Did any one test this product before putting it on the market??? The dispensar gets clogged from the inside and there is literally nothing you can do to prevent it. It becomes so difficult to squeeze out and use.

I LOVE THIS TOOTHPASTE! I woke up for the first time in who knows how long, without morning breath after THE FIRST USE! I will never switch back to any of the other brands. I will say, I did experience some weird, almost skin-like shedding after using this toothpaste but it went away after a couple uses.

Awful!

Ever since using this toothpaste my gums have been sore and inflamed. Pretty ironic since its for healthy gums. The cap is so hard to open and the hole the toothpaste comes out of it so small that your tube is constantly messed up from squeezing it so hard. Therabreath will no longer get any of my money.

Gum irritation while brushing

I really wanted to like this toothpaste because I’ve heard good things about TheraBreath. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. While brushing, my gums felt very painful and irritated, especially along the gum line. It almost felt like my gums were inflamed. At first I thought it was temporary, but when I switched back to my usual Hello toothpaste, the pain went away right away. I tried TheraBreath again to be sure, and the gum pain came back while brushing. It might work for others, but if you have sensitive gums, this toothpaste may be too irritating.

I used the Therabreath toothpaste 3 times and my mouth is not pleased. My gums are ironically swollen, the corners of my lips are chapped, and I have tiny sores along my gum line above my lip. I’m not in agony, but it’s annoying. I assume it’s the sodium lauryl sulfate, I was sensitive to it many years ago but I haven’t reacted since. This likely won’t happen to most people, but it did to me. Other than that, it’s very foamy and subtle in flavor. Before the reaction I thought “eh, it isnt amazing me but I’ll use up the tube”.

Fresh Breath

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Therabreath toothpaste couldn’t have come at a better time. I recently had some dental work done that has left my mouth feeling sensitive. This toothpaste gives me confidence that my gums are going to heal properly and not offend anyone. I like the taste and really like that the amount dispensed fits perfectly on my toothbrush. I have already recommended to my son who doesn’t live with me and he said he already uses it. This is my new go to toothpaste brand. I’ll be trying the other varieties.
