Q: Your Tide Free and Clear HE says it is now 84 fl. oz. and it does 64 loads. I used to purchase 92 fl. oz. and it also said 64 poads. Is the product now somehow stronger?

Let me start this by saying that I'm a laundry snob, and this is one of the best detergents I have ever used. It washes well, doesn't leave an overpowering scent as most Tide detergents do these days; does not fade clothers and does not leave residue. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is not safe for all types of sensitive skin (especially those with psoriasis or eczema). I switched to this a week ago and after running my normal laundry load, I have never had a problem with eczema all over my body until I started using this.

This is one of the only detergents I trust for my family. I’ve used it on my clothes and my son’s clothes since he was born, and it’s always been gentle our sometimes sensitive skin while still getting everything clean. It has no harsh dyes or perfumes, and I love knowing it’s safe but effective. Definitely a staple in our home.

I’m amazed how little is needed. And when empty , hope refills come soon, we use vinegar salt and water on dangerous weeds! Sadly our area has no recycle and the container is useful. Even making bubble solution for children. Please sell carton refills!

The new formula change with the addition of BIT has caused my daughter to have a severe eczema flare. We originally switched to this detergent because it was one of the only ones that kept her skin happy.

This formulation is made with clean ingredients and is hypo allergenic IMO, while also safe for babies' clothes. A little goes a long way and clothes come out clean and fresh.

I’ve used TFAC for years and years. I have incredibly sensitive skin and it’s the only product I can use to wash my clothes. However, I recently noticed that several of the new bottles I’ve purchased have a really strong odor like they’ve gone bad and the liquid itself seems darker too. Many people have mentioned a reformulation of this product and I’m worried about it. I feel like I need to switch detergents to something else because I really don’t want to keep using this if it’s been changed.

I was very disappointed with my most recent purchase of Tide free and clear. Your change in formula is producing a disgusting smell. I have been using your product for at least 30 years and have to throw this bottle out and buy a different brand. I don’t want to wear clothing or sleep in sheets that smell both like chemicals and like something died.

This is the only detergent that I use for my newborn. He has very sensitive skin, and I know that it does not irritate him when I wash his clothes in this detergent. It helps get out all the stains and doesn’t break the bank

Why do you have the powdered detergent, Clean and Gentle, and not Free and Gentle? Clean and Gentle has "bleach" in it, I don't remember Free and Gentle having Bleach in it? Why the change? Why did you stop making Free and Gentle powdered Tide? Why have you apparently changed the ingredients to the liquid version of Free and Gentle, also? I have read your recent reviews of liquid Free and Gentle Tide and am shocked at people's reaction to your product and all you say is to stop using the product and mothing about changing what you are doing!! How irresponsible of a company you are!! You are not listening to your customers who have used Free and Gentle powder and liquid for years! Please listen and do something about the problem!! The way your product used to be was great! Not anymore!
