Horrible
This might be one of the worst shampoo & conditioners that I've used. Dish soap would be more hydrating. It completly dried out my hair and turned it into a tangled, frizzy, coarse mess. I will stick to the Ghost shampoo & conditioner - those are great.

I love this!
I have the kerratin treatment and need sulphate free shampoo. A lady at Ulta recommended this! It is reasonably priced and it does give some suds. My hair looks great after using Verb!

First time using the Hydrate shampoo and I love it. I've used the Ghost Shampoo a few times and it is worth it. Makes your hair feel soooo soft and smell great. The hydrate is amazing also!!

Not worth it
I feel like the shampoo was overpriced. It wouldn't even lather for me and left my hair feeling so dry the bottles feel like they're half empty as well. I would not buy this again.

NEW FORMULA HORRIBLE
I used to absolutely love this product and it was the perfect one after searching for years. This new one leaves my hair greasy and frizzy all the time and the smell got much worse. So disappointed they changed the formula, my hair used to be soft and smooth, and now can't even go 2 days without my hair getting oily

I usually have to switch shampoos due to buildup after using for so long, but I haven't had that issue with the hydrate shampoo and conditioner. On my 3rd bottle!

Hair Loss
I tried the hydrate shampoo from verb and i started noticing the hair i would lose after a shampoo/conditioning was basically doubling. I tried it for a month and to test if what i was seeing was true i went back to my old paul mitchell and it was way way less hair loss. I haven't lost that much hair since.

Great for hair, horrible for scalp
I have fine hair so I was looking for a shampoo without keratin or other hydrolyzed protein since it's easy to over-protein, creating breakage. I've been using this for a bit over a month. It's great for my hair, it's soft and I like the smell. However it leaves ALL the buildup on my scalp, so it's itchy and I'm getting dandruff and oily scalp and now there are PIMPLES. This has never happened to me before, I even use a silicone nubby thing to really massage shampoo on my scalp! Now I need to try to find a different shampoo and figure out how to treat the condition this put my scalp in.

New formula isn't as good
I used to LOVE this shampoo/conditioner line, it was the perfect everyday shampoo. But they've changed the formula and the scent and unfortunately it's just not the same. It's not terrible but it doesn't have the same effect as the orginal formula. Bring back the original formula!

Curls Need Hydration
