The mode on this tv is off I’ve tried different settings to have an F on the Tv screen removed. When I turn it on it still shows an F and the volume comes up to the highest volume settings. Every once in a while when I turn it on it’s not there and the volume is where I left at which is low. My husband mounted and was not easy so I never returned it, now I’m stuck with this ongoing problem.

Will never buy another Vizio TV. Display completely died, and we bought it maybe three months ago? Not to mention the home screen is really annoying and shows a ton of content that is not family friendly, but my little kids always see it when I’m trying to search or get to the apps they use. And there’s no way to edit what’s on the home page. That’s just a small annoyance, but the main issue being: it died in less than 6 months!!

Imagine my surprise when I realized if I didn't join Vizio and give them my information - name, email, phone, birthdate (why do you need my birthdate???) I could not use the TV. We tried every work around, no luck- you have to give the information, or you cannot move forward. You can choose to give real or fake - up to you. This should be stated on the box that you must join or you will nto be able to use TV. And no, this wasn't for registration purposes. It also asks for favorite apps, not sure why because it doesn't put them anywhere for you.

This TV’s display gave out on me within the first 6 months after purchase. Vizio support also did nothing to help me with the issue at hand. Investing into something else, I do not recommend this specific model.

My problem is with the remote and the home screen both of which could use some polishing. It needs to be updated immediately and then the remote needs to be updated which is all fine and well but then the glitches begin. After troubleshooting on youtube I had to restart tv 3x to get everything of work properly. Now it is done and I am very happy!

I’m tired of everything requiring an app these days. I don’t even remember why we needed it. It’s never used. Anyway we’ve had issues with the tv since day one. Can’t use cable providers remote to change volume, so 2 remotes are needed, which causes dad to mess the tv up on pretty much a daily basis. So darn frustrating.
