[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remote is basic, doesn't even have a volume or mute button. When you pair it to the TV it asks you to push the microphone and mute button simultaneously but there is no mute button, fortunately it worked without doing this. The long and short of it... if the microphone button stops functioning you can't adjust the volume at all. Not impressed at all.

Confusing and unable to connect

The amount is Not Sturdy
I installed the stand but it keeps shaking and is about to fall. Vizio used very cheap plastic components. The menu is also hard to deal with. I have LG and Samsung TVs and I feel comfortable using their menu. The picture quality is fair but not good. The price was the only good thing. My TV is about to fall. OamG

Great TV for the Price Point

Two issues that I have is the sound, which can be low and hard to discern what is being said without the TV blaring. I also have not been able to add my streaming apps to the home screen. I have tried repeatedly. The picture quality is nice and the screen size is great! I am happy overall with my purchase.

Good TV, Don't Like the Preset App Buttons
The TV seems nice, good picture, lightweight, thin bezel. I don't like that they sold the preset buttons on the remote to the highest bidder. Now, I have buttons for services I don't plan to use. It would be nice if they were configurable for the TV's owner, not the advertiser.

Apple Play doesn’t always work

This is a very problematic feature that I have not encountered on other smart tv’s that I own. I also don’t like the invasive nature of needing to register and stay registered with my phone just to operate my tv.
