I purchased 3 Vizio TVs two 65” and one 55”. I’ve had trouble with all three doing the same thing. I turn them and the word Vizio in right hand corner and the left side has picture of a person and at the bottom left corner 3 dots. Then in the center an orange circle going round and round. Sometimes it states it’s connected to my WiFi and other times not. On my previous Vizios (yes I had Vizios TVs that were being replaced) this never happened. I’m not sure why this is happening. I would assume the orange circle going around is buffering but I’m not sure why it’s not connecting. I stated above WiFi can be connected or not connected what I mean is when I first turn it on WiFi shows connected even though orange circle is buffering. When I unplug and replug then it will show WiFi not connected. It doesn’t happen every time I turn them on but at least once a day. I was so excited because these were all QLED TVs so I expected a sharp clear picture but it looks no different then the picture on my previous TVs and they were 10+ yrs old. These issues make ithese purchased a disappointment.

The picature is sharjp, but you have to be right in front of the screen for the best picture. When viewed from the side, the picture is washed out to a significant degree.

The TV is a Great TV but I have sent your Support and email about my problem with getting the local channels,,, when you paired them up on Watch Free they don't come back in on my model of my TV so Hopefully you'll actually read this and get me some Help!!
