Q: Can you use it in the shower?

submitted by Joyce - 8 years ago
  • A: Yes, it is a great place to use it.

submitted byhappySharon - 8 years ago
  • A: From the Soecifications: May be Used in the Shower : No

submitted byRandall - 1 year ago
  • A: Maybe because you used it in the shower that is why it stop working.

submitted byAnn - 4 years ago
  • A: Yes. It's cordless when it's not charging.

submitted byJesNvancouver - 8 years ago
  • A: It can be used in the shower, as said, but the battery will not last long and it is not replaceable. So, throw the unit away and get a new one which is what I did if the battery is dead or does not charge..

submitted byanian - 8 years ago

Q: i will be travelling outside united states to countries with different power voltage. do i need to buy a travel charger to make it work over there or this portable cordless waterpik flosser works with both 110 and 220 voltage.

submitted by bela - 9 years ago
  • A: The box states clearly that a cord to connect the WaterPik tp the charger unit is included inside the box, but the charger unit that gets plugged into the wall is NOT INCLUDED.

submitted byJohn in MA - 2 years ago
  • A: Yes, you need an adapter or converter if you plan on staying abroad too long.

submitted byanian - 8 years ago
  • A: The cord that came with the water flosser is all you need.

submitted bycaringsmile - 9 years ago
  • A: It's a rechargeable type battery. If you are going for about a week, a full charge before you leave will hold you over. If you are staying longer than a week, you will need an adapter to be able to charge.

Q: I rinse with melaleuca sometimes to combat tooth & gum pain. Can I add a few drops to the water in this machine?

submitted by AngieCF - 8 years ago
  • A: In case you haven't received an acceptable answer yet, the description of this item states, "Please do not use ... tea tree oil (which is Melaleuca, though a lesser quality)...in the reservoir. Use of these additives will reduce the product performance and shorten the life of the product.

submitted byDee - 8 years ago
  • A: You need to ask the manufacturer of Melaleuca to if it will hurt the Flosser. I add 2 tbs of mouth wash to a full tank and it works well.

submitted byanian - 8 years ago
  • A: May be.. I am not sure. I add one table spoon of mouth wash in to the tank and it has not so far (6 months) caused any damage to the flosser. But when a dentist advised me to add some bleach, the system failed. So, it all depends on what chemicals melaleuca contains. You need to contact the manufacturer of Melaleuca and get advice.

submitted byanian - 8 years ago

Q: The specifications state the overall length is 11.9". Does that include the flossing tip? If not, what is the length of the base?

submitted by Elise - 2 months ago
  • A: Hello Elise - The WP-360 is 9 1/4 inches tall without a tip and 11.90 inches with a tip attached. For further details, feel free to call us at 1-800-525-2774 or email us at smreviews@waterpik.com.

Q: What type batteries are needed? Do batteries come with the flosser?

submitted by Jo - 2 years ago
  • A: Hello Jo - The WP-360 is a rechargeable unit. The batteries are not replaceable. If you have any further questions, please let us know! You can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call 1-800-525-2774. We would be happy to help.

Q: Is this water pik safe to use in the shower?!

submitted by sskrebs - 8 years ago
  • A: Although I have owned one of these for the last 10 years, I have no personal experience with using this is the shower. However, my DH is an electrical engineer and I asked him. He says that as long as you don't open the battery compartment while the water is running in the shower, this should work fine.

submitted byAnn - 8 years ago

Q: Isn't this the WP-360 and not the WP-365?

submitted by pjd321 - 8 years ago
  • A: Yes, there is a WP365. I HAVE ONE.

submitted byanian - 7 years ago
  • A: I have a WP360. I am not sure if they make 365

submitted byanian - 8 years ago

Q: I dropped the device and the blue tip broke off. Can't get the piece out that holds it to replace it. Any directions you can give me?

submitted by Jan - 8 years ago
  • A: I have not dropped mine yet, but I agree with the needle-nose piles is the best thing to use. I love my Cordless Waterpik, and use mine the shower because you don't have to spray all over, lol, it happened to me once.

submitted byhappySharon - 8 years ago
  • A: I did the same thing last night. I used a needle-nose pliers to get the tip out. But you also have to press in on the little ridged arrow just above the on-off button to release the tip.

submitted byLong Time User - 8 years ago

Q: The water capacity is stated at 30.000 cubic-ft. Does this unit come with a separate tank at just over 3.1 feet in height, width, and depth, weighing in at 224 pounds to contain all of that water?

submitted by didthemath - 8 years ago
  • A: No. What you see is what you get. The attached water tank holds enough water for one use.

submitted byJesNvancouver - 8 years ago
  • A: That must be a mistake. There is no separate tank for this cordless Waterpik. I've used this type waterpik for 5 years or so. They do wear out ever couple years.

submitted byLong Time User - 8 years ago

Q: your cordless rechargeable is terrible hard to use wont hold a charge doesnt include a plug and doesnt clean wee A WASTE OF MY $$$$!!!!! why did this happen ???

Worked ok at first. Then no matter how much I charged it, it stopped working well. Low water pressure, had to hold on button down continuously to get it to feebly spray. This is only a few months in. Not worth it. Save your money & buy another brand & model.

The water sprays out too fast, there’s no way to slow the water pressure down. Water gets all over the sink. But, all and all I’m glad I have it and I use it twice a day.

I'm 66 yrs old. I must say I'm a little bit on the fence with this Waterpic because the reservoir does not last with the water very long. I did get it for a good price. I guess I got what I paid for. This is not the type of Water pic that I would purchase again. I want one that the water last longer. It's a good product however I would not recommend this product if you wanting something that has a longer reservoir. It is compact for travel.

The size of the pik is awkward because it's large and clumsy, but also small.enough that it runs out of water quickly.

1 reply from Waterpik Product Support team - 21 days ago
Hello Johan- Thank you for your feedback on the WP-360. This product is intentionally designed to be compact, catering to those who travel or have limited counter space. Some users might find it necessary to refill the reservoir more than once. The rotating tip feature allows you to adjust the jet tip to reach the backside of your teeth and other hard-to-access areas. It comes with a one-year warranty. For assistance, you can call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.

This is my first waterpik of any kind, so I suppose they are all kind of messy. You have to let water run out of your mouth along the way. It has a pretty good sized water reservoir. And the 2 different picks are nice. I started with the less powerful and now use the more powerful. My mouth does feel cleaner after using.

Hello lovelydre89- We're sorry you are not satisfied and do not recommend the Cordless model. The water chamber tank is extremely difficult to piece together to battery handle. A tool is required. In addition a puddle of water remains and gets trapped creating a breeding ground for bacteria and fungus to grow. The tip stopped squirting in less than a month. Product returned. Engineering poor.

Disappointed - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
It's not worth buying. It's really hard to take out the part that holds the water. Water pressure is low.
1 reply from Waterpik team - 28 days ago
Hello - We're sorry you're disappointed and having difficulty removing the reservoir. To remove it, just flip the top water inlet back and push it against the power handle—it acts like a lever. If you need a visual, check out this video: https://youtu.be/_CZAcAzoNBY. While this model's pressure isn't as high as our countertop versions, it's still super effective. Plus, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. If you need more info, just drop us an email at smreviews@waterpik.com.

Good For Traveling

This model of Water Pik is a good value for the money and meets my needs when I’m traveling. I would not use it full time at home because it has a limited water reservoir capacity and there is no way to adjust the speed of the water jet. It holds a charge for a few weeks for me but it takes a very long time to recharge the unit. All in all, I’m satisfied with this version as a secondary unit for travel.

Must be because it's cordless but the pressur is not enough to clean my teeth. For reference, I am comparing it to the plugged in duo version I had but broke the toothbrush to. I could see this being a good travel option though.

Hello- Thank you for your feedback. While the pressure on the WP-360 may not be as strong as our countertop models, it remains effective. However, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Hello there- To support our environmental goal of reducing electronic waste, our newer units will no longer include outlet plugs or "bricks." You can find the contents of the box listed on the side.
