My tea bags came without the actual package. All the bags were just lying scattered in the shipping box. And since I can’t get anyone to help me except if I call a number I’m leaving this here. Do better, Target.

GI issues caused by this?
I quite liked the flavor when I drank this a couple times earlier on in the week. My husband had some, too. He had to use the bathroom pretty quickly after consuming— I did not. But a few days later (AKA today) my stomach is completely out of sorts— projectile vomited multiple times and felt like I had the flu all day (brain fog, urgent bathroom visits, chills, and weakness). I could barely keep water down and didn’t consider it could be this product until researching a bit on its delayed potential side effects, liver effects, and some of the ingredients. It’s hard to know if it was only this as a contributor but it was one of the only things I added to my diet + tea collection. Just make sure you read up on this one before incorporating into your tea collection! Not everyone’s experience will be the same, but just wanted to share in case it helps someone.

I have purchased this tea twice and I have to say I like it it does flush you out so expect to pee more then usually. I do two tea bags and let it steam for 7 minutes then I enjoy drinking it.

Aug 29/2024 I have say this will be MY option on this I got the Detox Tea 08/28/24 I took it 7pm and now it’s 6:13am OMG prepare your self for your stomach to be fight with you and pains etc and Lord all mighty this horrible pains cramps but I know it’s the process it really works so I recommend 10000% just you have to deal with the pains and trust the process if you want to get DETOXED! I made one bag and added honey lemon and took it waited .. now I been using the bathroom dealing with my stomach signs to use the bathroom. Every second you will use the bathroom try not to have plans:) Good Luck! BTW taste not bad just minty cinnamon flavor !

Diarrhea
I had violent and severe diarrhea several hours after drinking this tea. I followed that up, with commuting the contents of what was left in my stomach. I don’t think anyone would want that even if it “detoxes” the digestive system.

Listen to your body.
This tea may work for you BUT unfortunately not for me.. PLEASE listen to your body. The first day I had no results so I drank one tea bag every night, out of no where I was feeling SUPER anxious, sluggish and depressed. Then one night I woke up and my heart was pounding out of my chest. I did some research and noticed that some people cannot handle the pepper and spice blend and can cause high blood pressure. Maybe I had a bad batch but I would just suggest to reach out to your doctor if you do have heart or blood pressure issues as you do not want to end up in the hospital. Guess I'll just stick to their Ginger tea as I do LOVE that one.

I'm hooked
I wasn’t even looking for teas when I saw this while walking the teas aisle. I had recently started eating healthier but noticed my bathroom schedule had changed and I spent two or even three days without going to the bathroom, I decided to give this tea a try and the next morning I went like never before, I felt like I had lost 10 lbs in just one day. Since then I'm a fan, I drink this tea every night before bed with a little bit of lemon juice, I have to admit the flavor is a little different from what I'm used to, but the lemon helps. I'm so happy I found this tea.

DISGUSTING taste. Buyer beware.
Don’t understand where these high reviews are coming from. The taste is AWFUL. I can only describe it as an overly cinnamon flavored rotten apple cider…. I threw all of them out. So nasty. Not worth the benefits it says it has.

Healthy Detox Tea
I’m actually very picky with the taste of tea; I usually only drink plain black tea or matcha, herbal teas tend to be a No from me. However this tastes pretty good and not that herbal, it tastes more spiced. I was feeling nauseous on my period but this made me feel better almost instantly. Also, I love that Yogi teas always have a quote on the tea bag tags!

Nice flavor
I purchased this without reading any reviews and am glad I did! If I would have read some of the reviews I am not sure I would have bought it. I thought it was very flavorful and soothing to the stomach. If you are looking for a bland tea then this might not be a good choice but if you are looking for a full body tea, try it!
