These are electric submersible pumps with attached power cords. Install by fully submerging the pump in the water and plugging it into a nearby GFCI-protected outlet. Cord lengths shown include 10 ft on one model and 16 ft on another, so confirm cord length before installation.

Kits commonly include both mechanical and biological filtration. Many use a foam filter element to trap particles, prevent clogging, and improve water clarity while supporting beneficial bacteria for biological filtration.

Common extras include a fountain head (water bell), LED lighting, adjustable flow control, and included foam filters to help keep water cleaner and reduce clogging.

Unplug the pump before handling. Remove the intake screen and impeller to rinse them with water or a small brush. Clean foam filters by submerging them in pond water and gently massaging and squeezing; keeping spare filters on hand is recommended for convenience.
