Great for guys that need a low dose supplement of iron.
Low dose iron for men. For the past several years, routine blood test show that my iron levels are subpar. An iron of course is a important component in blood. I started using this supplement because it was a low dose of iron, and I've had seen measurable results in the amount of iron now that shows up in my blood work.

I am very pleased with these vitamins. I chose these because I wanted a vitamin that would completely dissolve in my body so I could get the full value from them. These do. I take two a day so it is a good value at 2 months per bottle. I like the Swanson name too.

I really wish you would develop a multi vitamin with increased individual amounts of vitamins and minerals. I still need to supplement to get my requirements even with a healthier diet than the average bear. I am 80 and my partner is 75 and we’re still kicking butt! The smell of the softgels changes and becomes quite unpleasant after a week or so, even though it's kept closed in a dark, cool, dry place. It's been that way for all the bottles we've ever used. We use four sgels each day--two for each of us. On another product: The CoQ10 30 mg we've just received is different. Can't tell you how many years, but it has always been a very bright solid golden/orange color. Now it is a pale cream color with scattered bits of orange. I checked the second bottle thinking the first bottle might be a fluke or accident of some sort, but it's also the pale cream color. Is it any good? Is there any Coenzyme Q 10 in it? Or is it just rice flour? I need capsules with 30 mg of Coenzyme Q 10.

Easy to swallow capsule
Got this for my daughter and her husband and my son. They are all in their mid forties so I didn't get them the older version. I feel good when I see their vitamin holder and see they are taking the multi vitamin I so trust. They know that everything builds on the foundation of a good multi vitamin/mineral! This also has a good ratio of A, B, C, E and all the other Bs and minerials.
