The first brand that actually worked for me.

I love this probiotic because it's the first one ever that I noticed a difference. I started with the gummy and and then switched to the capsules. The capsules aren't large and are very easy to swallow.

The Only Ones That Worked For Me

I was recommended by a couple of doctors and naturopaths to take a Spore Biotic for Covid and Mold illness infections and I'm glad I did, it made a huge difference! Thank you!

I need this product after my gallbladder surgery.

Helped with bloating/gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from bloating and painful gas. I've been taking two capsules with a glass of water and have noticed a significant decrease in bloating and gas. I like the effectiveness of the spore because it survives the stomach acid and makes it way to the intestines. This has also helped me to become more regular. There is a slight smell in the container but there is no taste or aftertaste when taking these. I also love that the capsule is vegetarian. Really enjoying the easy in discomfort.

Help for IBS

I have found that taking probiotics on a regular basis helps control symptoms more than diet alone for me, and Spore Probiotic Capsules worked great!

Gut changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle with IBS and was told to try probiotics to help with symptoms. I have tried multiple brands with absolutely no relief. When I received the youtheory spore probiotics I wasn't expecting anything different, but I was so wrong! Possibly TMI, but for the first time in 2 years I started having regular BM's, as opposed to water! I'll totally be sticking with this brand in the future!

Has me feeling balanced!

I have been having a lot of stomach issues recently, including bloating, diarrhea, and just an overall uncomfortable feeling. I didn't put two and two together for a couple of weeks but taking the probiotic was the only thing that had changed in my day to day life. I was waking up feeling better, I had more energy, my body was much more regular, and I didn't have that rock in my gut feeling that I had been dealing with for the last few months. I would recommend these to anyone. Taking a few seconds out of my day to make me feel better so I can keep up with the craziness of three kids is 100% worth it.

Who doesn't need a good probiotic?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Spore Probiotics as a sample. I was already on a daily probiotic so maybe that's why I haven't noticed any changes? These go down nice and smooth, although larger than my other probiotics. There is no aftertaste and I haven't noticed any adverse effects. I will continue taking them to see if I notice a difference.

Great product inside & out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first opening the box to my free sample the product packaging caught my eye right away. First thought was (A) for packaging. Then it was time to try the product. Many may look at these pills and think they are really big, but once you get past that it's really not a deal breaker. At first I wasn't sure if this would work any better than my current probiotic, but alas I was pleasently Surprised. My belly is finally happy.
