Best Multivitamin!

I've been using this multivitamin for two years! I've tried many others, but I didn't like the way they made me feel, and many of them gave me insomnia. This is by far the best multivitamin I've tried. It makes me feel good, doesn't negatively impact my sleep, and you can take it with or without food. Highly recommend!

I buy this product often

Overall really like it. I can't swallow capsules, so I can chew this and it doesn't taste too bad. The only thing I don't like is the autolysed yeast. Wish they'd remove that.

Better than I expected

The claim that you can take it on an empty stomach is true . No vitamin stomach upset burps! I was a bit hesitant that it has iron as iron can lead to constipation but that has not been a problem. The energy levels are amazing and focus has been much better. Much hype is on the internet about supplements but this product really lives up to the claims in purity. Very happy that I finally found a daily supplement that I look forward to taking every morning . Very good product , very happy with the energy found, in just 2 weeks I am feeling much better. I am a very happy customer. I will keep this product in my daily routine. Look forward to exploring more of the product line for myself and my family.

Daily dose

Bought these for my daughter who is a law student. She doesn't always eat right because she's always studying. I felt these were good quality and would give her the nutrients she sometimes misses out on.
