It tastes like fruit. It dissolves easily in water. There is no need to mix it with juice, as it tastes like juice on its own and is delicious. I drink it daily in my water, right before starting my workout routine. I feel an effect similar to coffee, but in a more natural way. The jar comes with a small scoop included; diluting just one scoop in 500 ml of water is sufficient. It doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste in the mouth; on the contrary, it tastes like berries and mint.

I think maybe with juice it could be better but I haven’t tried it with juice since I’m not a big juice drinker. It’s one scoop to 8oz of a beverage. Since I can’t get myself to drink a full cup it’s hard to talk on the benefits of it unfortunately but it has great ingredients. I wish I could get past the taste.
