Cute but break easily
They're super cute but looks can only take you so far. I've had this glassware in different colors for I believe the last year or two and along the way i have lost about 3 containers from small drops and from them bumping into another glass in the dishwasher. While the other brands I've bought have literally stood up the test of time from tall devastating drops, these couldn't cut it. even tried investing in this variety pack previous to my others breaking and had to exchange and finally return it twice because they would break before it would get to my place. The silicone did nothing really to protect the glass and they would always fall off. I really wanted to love these because they're so cute but fate had other plans.

Do not buy!
Would not recommend. I’ve bought glassware before and I’ve never had so many crack before after I’ve put warm food in. I know it’s a possibility, but these have cracked several times and several ways. Once coming out of the dishwasher, and two from food use. Not safe and very dissatisfied.

Ello has great customer service
One of the lids came cracked, but I was just going to live with it because I’m tired of returning slightly damaged things. Still bothered because I wanted to start 2026 all organized and into food prepping, I searched to buy just the lid to no avail. I contacted Ello about it and they shipped me two new ones within a couple of minutes of my request! That’s why I’m leaving a 5-star review. Also, the 5-cup containers pack frozen food cubes better than the 3.4 cup set because of the small taper at the bottom of the dish. So if you are freezing food in 1-2 cup silicone molds, buy these because they hold 4 cups well.

Measurements are wrong
Measurements wrong and misleading. It states 9.6, and these are barely 9. The other measurements wrong as well. Will be returning as looking for something larger. But they were packaged well and seem like good quality.

DO NOT BUY!
The glass cracked on our first use. I suspect it’s because it was in the fridge right before microwaving. We used pyrex glass for 5+ years and they never cracked. We did not treat these any different so I’m shocked at how fragile they are considering they are for “meal prep”. I don’t recommend these at all.

Broken dish, manufacurer recommends allowing food to reach room temperature prior to heating
The containers are great. But, I had one crack. I reached out to the manufacturer and they gave me a runaround about not heating the containers too quickly. I indicated to them that these are advertised as meal prep containers. They recommended allowing them to reach room temperature prior to heating. That is unsafe food handling. So either they are meal prep containers or they are not, but if they think you should allow bacteria growth proir to food consumption, I'd argue they are not and should be recalled.

Stay away
These started off working well, but then the plastic seal on the inside of the lid comes off and doesn't go back in. Such a waste.
