A: Yes! Make sure you fully buff and clean your nails, cause sometimes its oil mixed in with your polish. Try using nail dehydrator to remove oils. Make sure you cure the polish long enough. Also, make sure to use base and top coat.

You could do a couple different things here, but you could use CCT as your base, and HD for the white tips, or you could do CCT/EC as the base and a brighter pink for your tips, like LD (berry pink), GH (baby pink), SE(bright pink).
