    Broken clips

    The head wasn't put in appropriate envelope and the envelope was very light.The clips broken.and.unable to use and been looking for a way to contact you.

    It is what it is

    I purchased 2 replacement shaver heads and the first one I tried wouldn’t properly fit the shaver. It wouldn’t spin when the shaver was turned on. The second one works like it is supposed to. I like the shaver, but I’m not impressed with the replacement heads performance.

    Horrible product

    Bought the razor in June of 2024. Already getting ready to replace the blade set. Not even a year. My husband uses it twice a week on his already bald head. Not happy with the performance of this product.

    A disappointing and frustrating product

    Replacement heads for the Remington Balder Pro are substandard. They do not cut very well even when new, and the quality declines quickly within weeks, not months. This is a disappointing and frustrating product in every way. I don’t know who manufactures the replacement shave heads, but if they are outsourced, the company should find a new supplier and do a much better job of quality management.

    Quality has significantly declined

    This did not even work one shave before it was clogged and the unit does not turn on. Quality has significantly declined since I purchased this new in June, new blades are junk and don't work, even cleaning out the blades did not help. I am very disappointed in the decline in quality from new shaver in June, to replacing the blades just six months later.

    Balder Shaver head replacement

    I ordered the Balder replacement to replace the head of my current Balder shaver! I had lost a retention ring off of one of the shaver heads and was having issues when cleaned the head with one of the blades falling out! The new head is working fine!
