Makes great pizza, but....

This is very luxurious flour for making Neapolitan pizza. Works wonderfully and delivers an excellent pizza. The only issue is the price point. You can find other 00 flour with excellent quality here on Target for much less. Do more research before buying overpriced flours especially if you are just starting out in pizza making and are not dedicated to this specific brand…
