    Toaster doesn’t work

    Need help with a replacement as unit doesn’t function. Handle has to be pushed down too hard to try to engage. Eject button is nonexistent.

    Seems to be good

    Easy to use. Bigger than our older 4 Slice toaster. I could not find the warranty number RJ31-SS-4S-WM in the drop down box for sending in the warranty. I had to use DM at the end.

    Toaster that works

    The digital aspects of the toaster make it easy to make your toast, bagels and other food items consistently warmed. Each side of the 4slice model can be individually maintained. Wide slots allow for real bagels, and nothing is touching the heated elements so they don’t burn.

    It doesn’t get hot enough to toast the bread. Even on level 6 setting, the bread is barely toasted. I like the touchscreen and 4 slice toaster aspect. The beeping at the end is very loud and should have an option for no beeping notification.
