    It is a high quality well absorbed antioxidant sup

I love that it combines resveratrol with black pepper extract which helps with absorption so I feel like I’m actually getting the full benefits instead of wasting the supplement.     It's okay

I couldn't tell the difference if it did anything for my immune system because I still feel the same. It says it helps with aging, I don't see a difference.

There’s no taste, ingredients seem to be good quality. The one thing I was shocked about was how much it curbed my appetite. I took it with my regular morning meds and went on with my day.. and by late afternoon I realize I hadn’t eaten all of my breakfast and skipped completely over lunch. I thought it was a fluke, but it definitely wasn’t!

They do seem to give me very vivid dreams. I haven’t noticed any improvement in my energy levels or weight. But I think you need to take a product for a few months before you notice those changes. I haven’t had any side effects at all. These vitamins are very high quality and a good value.

Only 60 capsules but that's not a big deal, most bottles come in 60. All in all I like this product quite a bit and will be buying more.

Packaging is not anything to spectacular . Bit good value for your money.
