Finesse a great shampoo for those who have allergies to specifically citric acid. If you read the labels of many shampoos and hair conditioners it contains the ingredient citric acid which create sores, blisters and/or open wounds on the skin or scalp. Finesse cleans the hair and scalp without harsh chemicals. OR you can have your dermatologist perscribe a safte shampoo.
