Seems nice but scratched from factory.

Crib looks nice but had 3 scratches. I sent the photos to customer service and they offered a $30 gift card. No replacement parts or swapping the whole thing for a new one. We have to pack it back up and either ship it back or return to the store.

Warning: Slats are too far apart - Limbs can get stuck

The crib is easy to assemble and adjust but a HUGE WARNING: The slats are too far apart, despite regulation. My child got their leg caught all of the way up to their thigh and they could not move. Despite trying to gently get the leg out, our only option was to saw off the slat to get the leg out. Now we cannot use the crib, which we bought since it’s a convertible. There is potential for more serious injury if we hadn’t found it sooner. I would not recommend.
