    Like oat bran in tablet form

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try these for my digestion health. I have not noticed a huge difference but I probably need to try them longer. The tablets are on the bigger side, so I do mine in half. The quality seems great, I have had no strange side effects or stomach discomfort. I am going to keep this as part of my daily regimen.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to have found oat bran in a tablet form. They are bigger than a lot of supplements but I still find them easy to swallow. My tablets all arrived unbroken and perfectly fine condition. I am taking them to have fiber. They are working really great for me and I plan to continue them. I feel the quality and value are there.

They are really easy to take, but are larger than others, easy to swallow tablets, I do take with a full glass of water. I have had no side effects or issues since taking these. I plan to keep taking these and see how I feel. These are a great price.

They were delivered quickly, completely sealed. Directions are on the bottle. I like the quality. And certainly see the great value in these tablets. I am satisfied with them and plan to keep taking them daily.

    My wife likes these tablets

She does wish the tablets were capsules but feels they are not bad to take, just a little bigger. Does not notice much taste or smell. This brand really suits my budget and we plan to buy more in the future.

This one is really high quality and such value. It seems to work for me. The pills are larger than others that i take. But they are still very much doable. I plan to keep taking these. I have some digestive and cholesterol issues so the additional fiber supplement each day seem to really help with digestion and using the bathroom regularly. There really isn’t a taste so that was nice because the tablets are rather large. That would be the only thing I disliked, sometimes it can be hard to swallow a pill that large.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depending on how well you take pills, these are a much larger supplement pill to take. They are solid pill versus a capsule or gel type pill. I did not find that they had any taste to them or were hard to take for me. They are a single pill serving and have 1000mg of oat bran. I think they are a good value bottle.
