Nature's Way Sambucus Gummies, Cough Relief + Immune - Case of 3 - 36 pcs

I don't know if these are effective for respiratory health or not. I started purchasing this formulation in 2021 just in case they are. But elderberry, esp. with extra C and zinc added, seems to be pretty effective for avoiding normal wintertime illness. They are a little bit tart, but also very sweet and tasty IMO. Some elderberry products are flat out gross, but these are delicious. I have to lock them up or my kids will eat them like candy.

The gummy itself is not overly sweet and was a good texture. We recently kept getting hit with some type of cold and my boyfriend and I both started taking these gummies regularly . We both felt that the ingredients in the gummies didn't necessarily stop the cold completely but did give us an immune boost and made the cold not as strong and we were feeling better faster. I think these are a great thing to have on when you start to get that little tickle in your throat or just take them as preventive when the cold season ramps up.

I've been taking this product for a little over a month and they seem to work great for me. I like that they are gluten free gummies. Normally when I wake up not feeling so great I take two and the results of feeling better is almost instant. They are low in sugar and calories which is also great. Unlike a lot of other gummies, a serving of these is only one gummy; this makes these a good value. In addition to Black Elderberry, each gummy also has 50% of Vitamin C and 34% of Zinc. These are key ingredients for boosting immunity. I can say that I haven't even gotten the sniffles. Unfortunately, these aren't vegan friendly because they have beeswax.

I like that they have a combination of elderberry, vitamin C and Zinc, and are a smaller dosage designed to be taken multiple times per day (versus emergen C products which I normally use which gives you a giant dose at once). This makes me feel like the vitamins are constantly in my system, versus taking it once a day and processing it right out. They taste amazing like candy! Just remember to take it multiple times a day for the best benefits.
