  • A: Hello, Ayee. Thank you for your interest in this product! There are two ways to clean the filter: Surface cleaning – Use a clean, damp (well-wrung) cloth to wipe the air inlet and outlet. Deep cleaning – Open the back cover and use a cloth to clean the front and back covers, as well as the internal fan. For deep cleaning, we can provide a video if needed, but we recommend having a professional technician handle it to avoid damage. It is recommended to clean the filter every 1-2 months.

    I wouldn't buy again

    bought this for my daughter. it doesn't push out a lot of air and must be placed right by her head in order to feel the air. we still use it because its cute, matches her room, and she is still small and doesn't complain too much about it. but I already know I will be buying a different fan eventually. Just ok, I got it for about $55, which wasn't too bad for a tower fan.

    Great minus the noise

    I loved how cool my room was with this fan even if it was 85 outside…but I have only owned it for a month or so and it making a clicking noise…I am sad because the size, the height, the cool air it produces were all perfect! But I cannot stand the noise it’s like a deep clicking noise
