Q: What is the daily dose?
A: Hi, I am reading 2 different things here. Some responses say take 1 tab daily, others say 2 tabs daily. Which is correct?

I have been taking it for years now, and I think I am at a point that it has just done it's on and is in a stable mode. As long as I take it, the job has done it thing. I personally would have like just a bit more before it could do any more, but that is just my problem. I'm sure there are different outcomes. Hope this helped

Q: I have bought viviscale for yrs, noticed the inside packaging has changed depending on store. Viviscal sells them with the pills in a straight across line, target pills are not in a straight line?

Both formulations nourish thinning hair and promote existing hair growth from within. Viviscal Man does not contain Iron, Biotin, Niacin, Millet Seed. Viviscal Man has different AminoMar™ concentration (452.9mg per tablet vs 450mg in Viviscal Extra Strength). Viviscal Man does contain Flax Seed Extract which is not in Viviscal Extra Strength.
