    Love Pam!!!

    I love Pam and ALWAYS have it in my house. I love to use it for really healthy non stick cooking. It doesn't add any flavor to your food but allows your food flavor to shine with any excess fat or grease. I like spraying casserole dishes, sheet pans skillets, and my air fryer for mess free cooking.

    Non stick spray

    Pam is my go to when I need food not to stick. It always works very well. I use it the most when I make omelettes. If you make omelettes you know how important it is for them not to stick.

    PAM works great !!

    Better than all the rest

    This cooking spray is by far my favorite! My husband tried to buy other brands but I refused, this one by far is the most effective. Nothing sticks in our pans with this, which makes clean up way easier. Plus the taste doesn't effect the taste of any food we're cooking, and it's also still a great value. The packing is also very sturdy.

    Gets the job done

    This stuff really works and will last a lifetime, but I really hate the artificial ingredients. If you need something in a pinch that is effective, this does the job! But for daily and regular use, I personally prefer a cleaner brand.

    You save a lot of oil

    THIS PAM brand spray oil is super practical. It is dosed very well, so you don't have to use so much, and it's ideal for browning, baking or even frying. In addition, it does not leave a heavy taste and feels very light. I love it!
