ABOSOLUTELY NOT! IM SORRY

This has 620 grams of sodium for a half cup of beans, it may taste good, but no thank you. Sunflower oil is worse than regular canola, so “fat free” is used loosely. Sticking with Target brand Good & Gather Organic Low Sodium Pinto, much better & cleaner ingredients

Love this brand of refried beans!

It's a relief to find refried beans that are fat-free and taste good, too. I always keep a can or two of these beans in the pantry. They're great for dips and tacos, or as a side dish. You can add spices and hot sauce for more flavor if you like.
