I would not recommend this item. I don’t buy 10x13 brown Clasp Closure envelopes to be as thin as toilet paper. They’re ok if you’re only going to use them for a few pieces of paper but that’s not what people normally buy big brown clasp envelopes for.

Strange texture
You should know before buying that these are not your usual Kraft paper envelopes. Instead, they have an unusual shiny texture that limits the kind of pens/pencils/markers you can use to write on it. I don't understand why Target doesn't make the same tried-and-true envelopes people are used to.

12 X 15” is max 1st class Postal allowance
The largest envelope you can mail at the 1st Class Large Envelope rate is 12 X 15 inches, these are just under that maximum size. As long as what you mail is flexible and less than 3/4 of an inch thick, these envelopes are great for mailing items. I usually reinforce the seams with tape, but these seem like decent quality paper. Definitely better than cheap white paper ones.
