I been suffering from headaches everyday for the last two weeks. My brain MRI is coming back good so nothing terrible is going on but anyway the ER did prescribe a medication for a couple days but I wanted to find something over the counter and omg I’m so glad I listened to these reviews it works!!!! NO ASPRIN tension headache relief!
Other tension headache medicine brands contain asprin along with acetaminophen & caffeine, whereas this particular brand (up & up) doesn't. I suffer from cluster headaches & this is the only OTC medicine without asprin that works to alleviate some of the symptoms from a cluster attack. The fact that asprin is not included makes it safer for me to take since I can't take asprin regularly. It's better than the name brand and other store brand alternatives, which is probably why it is always out of stock at my local target.
