A: Our Infinity pads are our lightest, most absorbent thin pad made with FlexFoam and absorbs 10x its weight. Our Pure Cotton are also FlexFoam but made free of dyes and fragrances, never bleached 100% organic top cover that gives a garment-like feel, the wicking holes in the pad are the center to front of the pad, and the grooved lines indicate the back of the pad. They are also free of chlorine bleaching.

Soft and secure protection for heavy days
I tried Always Infinity Size 3 Extra Heavy Flow Pads with Wings (Unscented) and would like to share my experience. I used these pads on days with heavy flow—times when feeling confident and comfortable is essential. To start, I was pleasantly surprised by their soft and breathable texture; even after wearing them for extended periods, they didn't irritate my skin or cause any discomfort. The wings do an excellent job of securing the pad, ensuring it stays firmly in place even during active movement. Another plus is the absence of fragrance, which makes for a pleasant and fresh experience. I appreciated that the pad is quite thin yet effectively locks away moisture—a feature that is particularly important at night or during the day when I’m on the go. Compared to other pads I’ve used, I felt significantly more confident and comfortable. All in all, these are a convenient and reliable option for me on days with heavy flow. I used to get these all the time, FOR YEARS. I used to love them because these pads served their purpose. these past 2 cycles going on 3rd I noticed that the pads are drying my skin now and making her itch. I would put cream to help with the itch but I end up cutting myself from the irritation. it went away after I stopped using them and my period stopped at first I thought it was me becoming sensitive. the 2ed cycle came and I bought the same pads same thing happened again. I still thought it was me becoming of age or something idk. and now the 3rd im used a different brand and nothing happened and tried these pads again and sure enough it happened again. I've used always all my life so somethings have changed in this product.

Highly Recommend!
Truly always a go to on my heavy days! I love how when you wear this pad you don’t feel anything! It truly feels like you’re wearing a cloud! Definitely appreciate that there are no toxic ingredients, that it forms throughout my day and especially that it doesn’t leave an odor.

Best pads ever
These are the best pads I own. The longevity and the absorption is incredible. They’re also very comfortable in stick easily to any type of underwear that I wear. They will last 8 to 12 hours for me.

Embarrassing leaks
Normally I like this brand but I won’t buy these particular ones again. The thin pad felt comfortable initially and they didn't shift. However they leak, do not provide adequate coverage and I had one develope a hole after walking 20 minutes. I also wasn't a fan on the daiper like noise it made walking around.

I use them frequently they are very good for a moderate flow since they absorb quickly, they do not contain fragrance so it does not irritate me, I almost do not feel them when walking since their texture is soft and padded, they are thin and flexible so it fits well to the panty they have no wings it is easy to place and remove
