    I have to say this brand has been a surprise for me, a good one. I am used to having dried hair and a "straw" feeling to it. I would consider my hair to have high porosity. I have tried this shampoo and the black castor oil shampoo. They were the first shampoos to ever feel adequate for my hair, i have only been using them for 2 months now, só it might be to early to call them perfect. I have notice more hair coming out when applying shampoo, after start using the black castor oil shampoo but nothing to severe to worry about. Just wanted to leave my review, every hair is different, but mine enjoyed this product. Also i am a boy, never took my hair care seriously till a year ago. But my hair really was damaged, my hair is quite specific. Anyway just think that hair products should also be marketed for men, we have to stuck around with linic and head and shoulders shampoo kkkkkkkkk. To be boy and use this type of shampoo and also conditioner, around me is seen as quite strange

    Not Good for My 4C Hair

    My short and gracefully aged salt and pepper 4C hair began to shed after the first shampoo, and within a week my scalp began to itch badly. After the second shampoo, more hair shed and while shampooing my scalp itched again. I immediately washed the product out and returned to my previous product. I will be returning this shampoo, and the conditioner too.

    Don't forget the shampoo

    Good scent and packaging, but not great for oily o

    I tried this shampoo for two weeks. It’s okay, but not my favorite. The bottle looks pretty and natural. It’s easy to open and use in the shower. The smell is warm and sweet, like honey 🍯 with a soft floral note. The shampoo is thick and creamy, but hard to rinse out. It doesn’t clean my hair very well. My hair felt heavy and oily after one day. I like that it has honey and oils, and it says it’s sulfate-free. But maybe it’s too heavy for fine hair.

    Just as I wrote regarding the conditioner, combining it with the shampoo is a 100% worth the job! I highly recommend to girls who love the smell, ingredients and have thick frizzy hair like me! Just like the conditoner it came together quickly and was wrapped perfectly!

    I like this product before the formula changed , it smells really good , it was worth the value don’t buy this product it’s way different then it used to be . Its texture is smooth and hydrating , and it works but not anymore .

    Harsh chemical in this product, very drying

    The second ingredient listed is very harsh causing itching, burning, irritation,redness, a lot of dryness. Also I experienced a lot of hair fall out durring shampoo and after while combing through. Another ingredient effects the color of my hair. I was hoping it would work as this one did not have benzoic acid but has other ingredients just as bad. I will never use the Shea Moisture products again. I seen online they have had law suits and that does not surprise me. Run away from this product and all other shea moisture products especially if you have dry curly hair. Read ingredients and look them up.

    Itchs scalp

    Shampoo was okay at first until it became super itchy to my scalp after washing , I recommend maybe for 1 time use if your hair is very dry but this shampoo is super strong some of my hair came off .. Maybe i bought the wrong shampoo for my hair type i don’t know but I heard good reviews about this shampoo so I had to give it a shot .. Returned after the second use because I couldn’t stand the itching on my scalp

    It works well for my dreadlocks.

    Great for dry hair and scalp

    I got the shampoo to help with dryness and it definitely helps. I use it right after my clarifying shampoo once a week. I love the scent and how it’s still lathers even though it’s a moisturizing shampoo. I plan on getting the conditioner next.
