Nothing wrong with the dispense button

Great product. There is nothing wrong with the button to spray the cleaner. I have arthritis and can do it just fine. You have to follow the instructions on how to break the seal so that the button is easy to use.

Great product, poor dispenser design

Dispenser button is finicky. I had a hard time getting it to push down with every new can. Bissell needs to work on the design. There is no way someone with arthritis could use this. I had the same problem as others with the liquid coming out at the button, mostly at the end of the can. I’m cleaning a couch that has been sitting in a musty area. I used other means for deodorizing ahead of using the woolite foaming cleaner. I’ve used almost 3 cans on two parts of the sectional. The deodorizer aspect seems to have worked well without changing the feel of the upholstery. I haven’t used the product on any stains, but the deodorizing is up to par.
