Great cleanser, not the best for curly hair

Moisturising volume

I found a little went a long way, and that the shampoo was cleansing without being stripping which I think helped to support my hair and scalp to feel supple and strong. I noticed my hair would sit with a little volume after use, even without blow drying - which is very pleasant!

My hair feels so much more lighter and not rough. Hardly noticed any breakage to my hair either. You don’t need to use a lot of the product for great results!

Clean girl feeling

I’m not sure if the thickening aspect of this shampoo works, but I do find it to be a good product that leaves my hair feeling clean and my scalp not feeling oily. It has a nice fresh aquatic scent. I also like the slim bottle design as some shower products can be a bit bulky.

Dries hair but works well if combined with the conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the shampoo along side the serum and conditioner for just over a month. Among the three products on this range for topical use, this is my least favourite as it dries my hair up too much, but luckily the conditioner offsets the effects of the shampoo. I have noticed my hair looks thicker and healthier, so it doesn't look as dull as it did before. I think combining all three products during my hair wash days it has made a difference to my hair health and appearance.

Lovely Shampoo which leaves the hair feeling thicker & manageable

Shampoo Making a Difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely think this shampoo has improved the condition of my hair, which has stopped shedding as much as it was doing. It lathers moderately well and has a slight chemical smell, which I did not like early on. However I have got used to the smell and the feel of my hair afterwards. My hair is a little drier than usual but is not brittle and there is no breakage. I will continue with using the shampoo as I think my hair is a little thicker.

Fuller and Thicker

The formula lathers well and leaves the scalp feeling clean without stripping moisture, which is important for me as my hair is delicate and prone to dryness. After washing, hair feels lighter, softer, and slightly lifted at the roots, giving that fuller look right from the first use. With continued use, it helps hair look healthier and a bit more manageable, especially when paired with other volumising or thickening products from Viviscal. Also, it doesn’t weigh hair down, making it ideal for everyday or frequent washing. One of its strengths is that it strikes a good balance between cleansing and cosmetic thickening. However, like most thickening shampoos, the effect is mainly temporary, it enhances the appearance of volume rather than actively increasing hair growth from what I could observe.
