I want my money back since I no longer have the car seat

Never received the email.

I bought a good bike 🚲 nevertheless

I purchased this without realizing that the product I was protecting, already came with a protection plan

It’s the perfect car seat for my grandson. They even helped me carry it out to my car. That usually never happens that they will do that.

The mother to be really loves the stroller and car seat.

When the time came that I needed to use this, it was very helpful. Once the claim was filed I reached out to the company for the completion process. They gave me a convenient option to either receive a gift card or a check. I was glad that I purchased this protection plan and would use it again.

I was very disappointed that there was no hard copy of the policy sent to me so that I could give it to the person I gifted the item to. Also, the policy should be in her name, not mine. I e-mailed everything to her and told her that if she had a claim rejected she should contact me as my name in on the e-mail. I hope the policy is not needed and that the item is not defective.

This was our first time and it went well! We can purchase items for our Grandson and my daughter can pick them up in Sioux Falls. My daughter is particularly impressed with the night vision!

Glad I bought this. I ended up needed a new monitor a little over a year after purchasing and my warranty expired. They handled my claim quickly and now I’m able to replace it ! Will purchase again.

Always buy extended warranties if they are available! Bought a Dyson vacuum and it stopped working. Easily went online and filed a claim!

My item was still over under the one year warranty, however it's good to know it's here if I need it :)

So quick and easy to use. My claim was taken care of within days, after my stroller wheel stopped working, and I filed it.
