A: It tells you on the wrapper. Black mark goes in back. It does make a big difference in the fit.

My mother in law has bladder leaks and need to wear these underwear 24 hrs. these underwear are very soft and comfortable. They can hold well and no leaking for a long time. My mother in law is really like to this product.

You can't tell she even has them on through her clothes. They do fit to size They are thin so don't leave on to long or they will leak. She uses them for when she has heavy menstrual cycle for when she goes to bed. They do ok.The material does rip easy..

These Women's Underwear for bladder leaks from up&up allow me to feel confident while wearing them out in public. The Underwear are not too thick that it feels like wearing a diaper. They are soft against my skin while keeping me feeling dry. The elastic waist is stretchy, however, I'm not sure it would be comfortable on a 50" waist as the packaging label suggests. They do have an imprinted "label" to distinguish the back from the front, but it was a bit difficult to see since it wasn't printed dark enough. Overall, I feel like these underwear perform well and I would continue to use them in the future.

I received the size large and could easily have worn a medium. The way these are constructed I was able to wear the large without issue. They were highly wasted and extremely comfortable. They were not visible under my clothing at all. It was nice to see how much absorbency they offer. They are an all-age product. It's not uncommon to have bladder leaks after childbirth. Whatever the reason, these won't let you down. Even at work, it will be your secret and blessing. They've helped me get a good night's sleep on several occasions. These are a must for women of all ages.

They are a good product when you can't afford the expensive ones. The stretch is good. They dint tare easily so no need to worry when bending over or in orchard positions.

Mom has very little to no control of her bladder so she is an excellent candidate. Mom is currently in a lovely Rehabilitation Facility to help her gain her strength back after coming down with pneumonia. The first thing Mom said was, “these don’t bunch around the tops of my legs”. Mom also found the brief fit to be form fitting but not tight, so the large size was perfect. The next morning she shared that she was able to get through the entire night without feeling wet or soggy. Thank you so much for allowing us to test this product. We will repurchase!
