How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair feels more oily than usual or if I've used a lot of styling products, I like to shampoo twice.

    Losing hair for years!

    I’ve always had really healthy hair and been using this shampoo for several years. While I haven’t had it come out in clumps. I’ve noticed more and more hair in my brush and all over my house. Lately, I’ve been thinking it can’t possibly be normal. So I went to read reviews on my shampoo and it all clicked. I can’t believe they are still selling this stuff. I stopped using it immediately and have noticed less hair everywhere. Do not use this shampoo! Or anything else by this brand.

    Hair loss!

    READ ME!! This made my hair fall out! I know everyone has different hair types but I take great care of my hair but after switching to this my hair started falling out I only used a half of the small bottle and the damage will take a decade to fix it it’s fixable at all. Not worth the risk! I don’t know how this is still on the market.

    I was a Redken girly for YEARS. Like a decade. I purchased this (and conditioner) in a travel size when I was in a pinch and fell in love with the way it made my hair feel and smell. When the travel sizes ran out, I purchased the full sizes and ditched my Redken. Let me tell you…I have seen a noticeable decrease in hair fallout. I’ve been using this for nearly a year now and I’m not looking back. To note, I have fine hair that is regularly bleached. Try the travel size first if you’re on the fence!

    Kristin Ess Shampoo is a total win across the board . It’s effective, beautifully packaged, budget friendly, and a pleasure to use. If you’re looking to upgrade your hair routine without spending a fortune, this is a brand worth trying. It made my hair soft, shinny and smelled good.

    Okay then not okay

    The scent is very strong for a shampoo that is supposed to be gentle. The shampoo caused acne on my scalp and other places on my body (even my bottom). I discontinued it and then tried again only to have the same result. My hair was pretty dry too. Awful for a "gentle" shampoo!

    BEWARE Significant hair loss

    BEWARE I used to have very thick hair until I started to use this, I only used it twice but I noticed after using it my hair immediately began to fall out and now I have a bald spot. Absolutely do not reccomend. Stay far away!

    I bought this line for a change in my haircare routine. I’ve been using the shampoo for about two months now and I’ve been noticing that I’ve started to have terrible itchy skin around my neck and hands. My scalp is super itchy the next day after using it as well as oily. The line seems like a salon brand, but I wouldn’t use it. I’ll be going back to what I was using before!

    Calmed my itchy scalp and face eczema

    I have been troubleshooting shampoo as a possible contributor to my itchy, flaky, bleeding scalp along with red, rough, bumpy skin on my face. I have gone through no less than 20 shampoos in the past 3 years and this is the first one that has left my scalp NOT itchy and my face smooth!!! I've only used it once and my scalp and face can feel the difference. I woudl give it 5 stars but knocking off 1 star for the scent. For a product developed for sensitive use, it they should eliminate fragrance and use something gentler.

    I hated the smell. It smells like a fake coconut scent. It left my hair very greasy but my ends were still dry. I do like their clarifying shampoo and hair mask which smells great and is what prompted me to try this. I will be returning this product and not purchasing again. Very disappointed
