Smells like a fresh orchard, not a gym locker!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually wary of "masculine" body washes because they all end up smelling like heavy musk or wood. Bearglove is a total 180. It has a really crisp, sweet apple and citrus scent that actually smells fresh and clean. The lather is thick (a little goes a long way with a loofah), and the scent actually sticks around for a few hours after the shower. If you like fruity or "bright" scents over the traditional spicy ones, this is the one to get.

So this will last you a good while. The texture is nice, smooth, doesnt leave an icky residue once rinsed. The packaging is very durable and unique to its scent. Definitely recommend!

New formula/scent is trash!
What happened to the scent? The last 2 bottles I bought did not have the Krakengard scent that I expected them to have. The previous bottle had almost no scent but I thought I got a bad batch. The latest one has an odd but faint scent and is an opaque light blue color. It's so different that I read the label 3 times to make sure I bought the right stuff. Definitely not the Krakengard scent that caused me to switch from another brand. Bring back the old scent! It's the only Old Spice product I've ever used. Also, if the company changed the formula (obviously something has), why not advertise it as a new formula? Why not call it by a different name? Why ruin a good thing? I feel like it was bait and switch. It's very disappointing. I'm throwing this bottle in the trash and going back to my previous brand until the older scent returns.

Fresh smelling goodness
Old Spice Bearglove bodywash has a pleasantly fresh fragrance that is not overwhelming or boring. The bodywash texture is thicker than most and it produces a good latter without leaving residue some of the scent is leftover after rinsing but is subtle and stays close to your skin. It feels good on the skin and leaves you with the sensation of freshness and good smelling. It comes in a very big bottle and it's worth every penny in comparison to other brands.

Haha It's like The scent of familiarity with a hint of newness you know coming one with the times so to speak.. It's interesting you know bringing old with new But in this case it's combining old with new. Which I'm sure can get mixed reviews one would think. I grew up with the original scent of Old spice from my father so when smelling this especially for the first time, The combo of Old spice with a crisp green apple scent was a little confusing and overwhelming at the same time. Hard to explain but I'm sure some will:) This is great for the younger generation that want to represent their lineage but not smell like it. Haha :)

Premium Orchard Scented body wash
