Excessive Biotin intake
Liked at first but was wondering why I had started having breakouts and pimples. Turns out excessive biotin can cause breakouts and do more harm than good. Why is it over 8,000% of your daily intake?? Would not recommend unless suggested by a doctor or dermatologist :(

Disappointed in Natures Bounty and Target
Although the expiration date is 9/26 these were a big hard clump all stuck together discolored with a white film. I would have returned them but it’s just a hassle. The last one I ordered was fine so I think it’s a quality control issue as I’ve seen similar reviews. Normally they taste good and seem to work but this was just gross. I think the Target person who picked it out for my drive up order should have noticed this as the jar is partially clear. For as expensive as these now are they should be much better quality.

Works but not for me
I took a these gummies as directed for a little over a month. They did work for growing my nails and hair but I ended up with increased cystic acne and a rash on and around my eyebrows. After I stopped taking them, the rash went away and new acne stopped appearing. So while they work, the side effects outweigh the pros for me. Also, the taste wasn’t horrible but if you don’t like orange/citrus flavored products, you’ll probably not like the taste.

First time trying this variety
I am wondering why the reviews are from so many years back. Is no one buying them anymore? I have used the product without the collagen and felt it made some improvement in my thinning hair. That's the main issue. Though I am quite frustrated at the moment, the simple push down and turn, turned into a battle with my palms sore and about to head to the garage for a hammer, when it finally loosened. Now the lid will sit on the top. I was going to read the information printed on the side but that's hilarious. I have 20/20 vision and if I had loads of time and a large magnifying glass I might be able to get through it eventually.

So far, the taste isn’t AMAZING but it’s good. For those complaining that the amount of biotin is giving them issues, that’s impossible. Your body flushes out what you don’t need. Drink water and please, look up *EXACTLY* how much water you should be drinking to make sure you aren’t just harboring too much of anything else. As for the lack of results, genetics and diet play a role as well. You can’t just take gummies and expect magic to happen lol. Be realistic, be patient and if you continue to see no improvement, get tests done and see if there could be an underlying condition.

Significantly reduced hair shedding noticed since starting these and the taste is great. Scalp health is also crucial so if you are shedding hair more as you get older try some scalp shampoo products in addition to this to help. Excessive oily scalp, dandruff, etc can fuel hair loss if your scalp is unhealthy and with buildup. These do come all stuck together but you can still pick them apart. Annoying but no big deal. Nails have grown longer as well.

Better nails but more acne
I have massive cystic acne bumps on my chin and I know it is because of this product. Yes my nails are extremely long, but it’s not worth it to have bad skin. 40 days of taking these gummies and it gave me acne. I am stopping taking these. Also noticed no difference in my hair.
