Unpleasant odor, small for chair

Thin mat with unpleasant odor that doesn't wash off. Limited space chair. Odor persists even after airing out. Not worth it despite acceptable quality.

Mat Slides on Floors, Poorly Packaged

The chair mat works well, but slides on wood floors. It arrived dirty and exposed due to poor cardboard packing. A sturdier, better-designed packing is needed for this product.

We would recommend applying silicone pads underneath the mat to provide some stability. Please ensure the silicone pads are suitable for your flooring type before using. Alternatively, we do offer Anti-slip chair mats. Our Cleartex® Unomat may be more suitable for you, these mats are made from original Floortex polycarbonate. Our premium plastic mats are incredibly tough and durable. The anti-slip base provides added stability for high gloss and polished hard floors. Don't have it shipped

The mat itself is fine for protecting my hardwood floors. The issue is that this very stiff plastic mat came ROLLED UP/ FOLDED into a box and it never laid flat again. Even after laying it under the very heavy treadmill for a week it still won’t lay flat and we’re constantly tripping on it as we walk by.

I wanted a flat mat

It won’t flatten! It’s all curled up.

PVC is a heat sensitive material, we therefore recommend leaving your PVC mat in a warm room for up to 72 hours with weight such as books placed on each corner. In this case if you are unsatisfied with the mat, we would recommend reaching out to Target who will be able to advise on their returns process. We do offer other ranges which will lie flat immediately after unpacking, such as our polycarbonate mats. NOT 36"x48" - Actually 33"x"48"

While the product is listed as 36"x48" Rectangular Chair Matt for Hard Floors it only measures 33"x"48". It still works to protect the hardwood floors but it's not the size listed so beware in case you are looking for a larger matt.

do not buy

This mat comes very tightly rolled, and they say it will eventually flatten out if you lay heavy items on it and heat your home to 75 degrees. It does not. I have tripped over it numerous times in the several weeks that I've had it because it won't fully flatten. Don't buy it.

Won’t Flatten

It’s been two weeks and still not flat. Bought two. Did books and weights, hair dryer heat, but nothing works to eliminate the waves. Will give it a bit more time. If not, they go back.
