Failed again
Similar to other folks experience, the bag's metal coil breaks loose very quickly. My first bag lasted a year while the 2nd and third bag lasted a very short time. I was gentle with the 3rd bag, yet it failed after a month. Disappointed.

Very pleased with this find...thanks to a friend for suggesting!
Meets my needs perfectly. I must admit my yard is very small and the yardwork I do is minimal; but when I do want to clean up my shrubbery or flower beds, this yard waste bag is perfect for my situation. I found yard waste bags that fit this one so that when I'm finished I can just pull the bag out for disposal, flatten this bag (that has given shape to the disposable bag during my work), and hang it out of the way in the garage. I saw other reviews that talk about the bottom not being durable, but for my limited need to drag the bag around, I don't expect that to be an issue. And unless your filling with WET leaves or heavy dirt, the yard waste I have that fills a bag this size is easily lifted so that there is no need for a lot of dragging.

Do not purchase !
Had an old one that worked well until the handles wore thru. Used the new one about 5 times before the wire poked thru. Tried to fix it with duct tape but it only came thru more and is quite dangerous now.

Metal poked through
I purchased 2 of the bags as I saw a few gardener influencers on YouTube using them and I liked the fact that they stayed upright while weeding and gathering leave's, so handy. Unfortunately after about 2-3 uses the top and bottom stays that keeps the bag’s upright poked through not only the top but the bottom of the bag ! I discovered this when I was scratched and it drew blood across the top of my foot. My husband said if the stays were rounded off maybe they wouldn’t poke through?

Useful but need to be careful
Good and bad. Good: It is very handy when weeding and gardening. Bad #1:Top handle seam popped during the first use with only 15lbs in it (half full)…the stitching below the top SHOULD hold but not sure. Bad #2: When full, it had about 25 lbs in it and I dragged it across the lawn then about 5 feet on pavement…the pavement drag put small holes in the bottom. I am still keeping it because it is usable but I am glad I got it on sale. TIPS: Do not drag while on pavement and do not use one handle to pull it as you are working unless it is close to empty.

The Kangaroo Gardening Container is great for lightweight yard waste, but you're right: it's best to lift rather than drag, especially across pavement and especially since this isn't our hard-bottomed version, and to avoid pulling it by a single handle when there’s weight inside. Glad it's still working out for you and getting it on sale definitely helps take the edge off those early issues.

Lack of standing straight for collapsible bag
Replaced pop up kangaroo because threw away without my knowledge. New unit seems not to stand rigid when open and trash bag is added. Am I doing something wrong?

Long wearing
Best thing for outdoor work we ever brought. We brought two. One drag around all over the yard and area and the second one stays on the porch. If you don't drag it on concrete and over rocks, the springs do not wear through. We are just now purchasing a new one after 7 years. Our other one has not woren hardly at all. Thank you

Does the Job
This was something I was looking for. I love it, but after 2 seasons, the bottom became worn out and made holes. Small, tiny holes, so still usable. I just wished it would've been more sturdy. I will be buying more in the future.

I bought this bag at least 5 years ago and LOVED it! I finally had to get rid of it, this year,through no fault of the bag. I was at fault dragging it on concrete paths and blacktop driveway. I would HIGHLY recommend it! I just loved it. It saved me a lot of work & bending.( I’m 87 and lost without it.)

This is the 3rd or fourth garden bag i have purchased over the 3 years. The metal spring band that allows to pop open breaks out of the sleave and causes the bag to fail. I understand it is under warranty. I do i get replacements?

Strong and durable
This has withstood me dragging it around the lawn and sidewalk. It’s heavy duty and has not torn despite it being heavily loaded. I don’t love that trash bags can easily slide off of the edges however, paper bags will sit just fine in it if you’re being eco friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this when we are trimming our bushes and for lawn clippings. After mowing we rake up the cut grass clippings and can throw them in this container making it easier to dispose of. It does seem to be very well made, sturdy, and durable. I am more than happy with how well it works.
