Great knife for chopping veggies! Nice stays clean from cutting. Easy to clean.

Sharp and easy to hold, it's a little bit long for a 7" knife but overall it's good.

The feel of the knife is great and I have to say it is one of my favorite go-to knives in the kitchen Great Knife!

I’m not chef, I just cook stuff at home. I’m coming from the Babish clef knife, which served its purpose, but I was ready for an upgrade. I landed on this when I saw the deal on it. This knife is a perfect blade for me. It just feels good in the hand and cuts like a dream.

Razor sharp - great length and a great value. A welcome upgrade

This is an excellent addition to the set of Four Star knives my wife and I got as a wedding gift over 30 years ago. It's got a great handle and is very well-balanced. Like our other Four Stars, it cuts beautifully with minimal sharpening, and holds an edge for a long time.

Blade is great however the handle is light weight.

I just bought this santoku knife and it's my first one from Zwilling brand. it has quickly become my go-to knife in the kitchen! It feels nicely balanced in the hand, not too heavy, and the handle is comfortable even during marathon cooking sessions. The blade was very sharp right out of the box and slices through veggies, meat, and even delicate things like herbs without much effort. I like the hollow edge because food doesn’t stick as much, which makes chopping faster and efficient. It def feels like a knife I won’t have to replace for many years (hopefully!) happy chopping everyone!

Superb prep knife, cuts through vegetables like butter

I already had the 5-in version of this knife and wanted one a bit longer. I think it's the sharpest knife in my drawer.

The blade was nice and sharp but the handle was a huge disappointment. Expected a heavier weight handle and of the same quality as my other knives.

Bought on a whim. I am very glad I did. Hard, sharp, good shape.

Very nice and sharp. I had the non-hollow edge version for a couple years and passed that on to my son. Somehow I thought the hollow edge would prevent cut vegetables from sticking to the blade but it doesn’t really help with that.

I bought this knife because I had owned a Zwilling Santuku knife for 20 years and felt it was time to replace it. It is my favorite most used knife in my collection. This replacement seems to be equal in quality other than being much lighter than my original. Only time will tell if this is an issue.
