Not sharp by any means
Just got this set for Xmas. Nice set of knifes. BUT. They are not sharp at all. Like they are dull like a butter knife. All the reviews say how razer sharp they are cutting through meat. Did they forget to sharpen mine? Or am I supposed to go get them professionally sharped ??

Replacement pieces
I purchased the 8 piece, 4" steak knifes, solid pieces, in a wooden case for my in-laws at least 25 years ago, they have since passed away and I was able to retrieve them in their estate sale. they absolutely loved them and so do I.
