    Professionalism vs. Cheap Knife Hacks!

    Don't know why I waited so long! I'm 81 years of age and have spent hundreds of hundreds on cheap knives that never satisfied my un-professional culinary skills until my Son in Texas turned me on to these knives. I am very satisfied with the results for the first time in my life. The weight and balance and how the knives fit just perfectly in my hand for effortless cutting is first class. Don't wasted money/injury/time (and blood) on cheap knives!

    Sharp and Balanced

    I received this 8" Goumet Chef's Knife as a free add on to my purchase of a Miyabi Artisan 9" bread knife. I didn't really need it as I still had and use my 41 yeard old Henckles 8" Chef's Knife. Since I wanted to replace my 41 year old Henckles 8" bread knife since the teeth were pretty well worn down, I decided this was a good a reason as any to go ahead and buy the bread knife. What a nice surprise! I didn't think I would like the new Chef's Knife because it is so light weight compared to my old one. It is so nice and sharp, I now know how dull my old knife is. What a joy to use a sharp knife!

    Over And Above!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 6” Zwilling’s Henckels Chef’s knife that I had used 30 years that broke. This company stood behind its product and replaced it free of charge with an 8” Chef’s Knife Gourmet. It is a great solid knife, hefty and well weighted and even nicer than the one I had! I would recommend this knife and company highly! They are the only knives I own. Love them!
