Pills Pretty Bad
I wanted to love this product so much but no matter how I used it, it just caused my makeup or skincare to pill on top of it. I’m not even that oily but it still did nothing for oil production, and if anything made my face feel sticky (and not in a good/ grippy way). The bottle is nice and easy to use, but thats only thing the product has going for it.

I have been buying this serum for months and I will keep buying it until they stop making it. I don't have time for makeup in the morning before work and this just does the trick for a presentable healthy looking skin. I’m currently using Neutrogena Matte Primer Serum. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves a smooth, matte finish. My pores look softer, and my makeup stays in place longer. Very minimal mattifying effect
I had high hopes for this product, but it didn’t do anything for me. My skin has become more oily recently and I hoped this would prevent my skin from getting shiny by the middle of the day. It didn’t make my skin sticky, thankfully, but it also didn’t help. But I didn’t use it as a primer. I used it as mattifier. It didn’t do much in that sense.

Perfect primer
I have tried the Neutrogena Shine Control Matte booster Face Primer + Serum, and I can say it works perfectly as a primer before makeup. The skin looks hydrated and healthy, which is a great plus. However, it does not live up to its promise of controlling shine. After a few hours, the shine reappears, especially in the T-zone. It’s a good product to prep your skin before makeup, but don’t expect it to keep your skin matte all day.

This product outdid my $46 Clinique product they discontinued it so I figured I would try something new. My sister told me about this and it worked so good kept my super oily skin so it was not shiny all day and kept my make up in place my make up likes to separate because my face is so oily but kept it all day. Great oliy skin primer
I really liked this primer for my oily combination skin. It has a beautiful natural matte finish (matte, but not dry or flat). It also feels lightweight, absorbs quickly into the skin, and provides a smooth base for makeup. My t-zone will still become a bit shiny after a full 12+ hour day of wearing this primer if I don’t touch up with powder—but this primer definitely reduces my oiliness and extends life if my makeup.

Perfect Little Primer
I love it! Wasn't expecting much, but...it was easy to use, dried instantly, felt smooth, and gave my face a glow! I'm 69 with dry, sensitive skin. (And wrinkled) Never cared for primers because they always felt thick, sticky, or cakey. I can wear this alone and look smooth and bright. Or wear foundation that goes on smoothly and stays that way!
