Description

The thing I love about this formula most is that it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling
moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that does both really well.

Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill right?!

How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, dispense a dime to quarter-sized amount
into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

It smells amazing and I have long hair so I was skeptical about the small bottles but it lasted me for a long time actually it’s still about halfway full and I have had it for about a year or better now so. Q: How do you open the bottle? The most poorly designed pump bottle I have EVER dealt with. WASTE of money as I cannot use the bottle and now have to be hassled to return it when I specifically ordered it online so that I didn't have to go to the store.

Not for bleached hair

Pros: Nice lather, mild scent Cons: My hair felt very stripped after rinsing this shampoo out. I have highlighted, fine hair and would not recommend for anyone who has this type of hair.

Amazing shampoo for general cleansing and conditioning

Hair fell out

My hair was falling out by the bunch after washing with this. Even my husband made a comment about all the hair accumulating on the shower door. After stopping use it subsided. I have fine hair strands but a lot of it.

Very light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Kristin Ess Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite products for resetting my hair. I tend to get buildup from dry shampoo, styling products, and hard water, and this shampoo does a great job of removing all of that without making my hair feel stripped. The first thing I noticed was how well it lathers. A small amount goes a long way, and it leaves my scalp feeling really clean and refreshed. Even though it’s a clarifying shampoo, my hair doesn’t feel overly dry afterward, which can happen with other clarifying formulas. I also love the light, clean scent—it smells fresh but not too strong, and it lingers just enough after washing. After using it, my hair feels lighter, softer, and has more natural volume. I like to use it about once a week to remove buildup and give my hair a fresh start. If you use a lot of styling products or just want a shampoo that truly deep cleans your hair and scalp, this one is definitely worth trying.

The smell in the bottle is very off putting, but it does smell much better when you actually use it on your hair. It is a strong, perfume smell that stays for a few days. Bad reaction

I like the smell and the way it left my hair feeling clean. However, there is something in this that makes my scalp and face very itchy. I’m not generally sensitive to product ingredients but something in this does not work for me. Bummer.
